1. Eligibility for Refund (General Conditions)
Because our courses provide immediate access to proprietary digital content and educational resources, all refund requests are subject to the following criteria:
- The request must be made within the designated Refund Window (see Section 2).
- The student must demonstrate that they have not consumed or downloaded more than the maximum permitted amount of the course content.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will not include any administrative, processing, or non-refundable payment gateway fees that may have been incurred during the initial transaction.
2. Refund Windows & Terms by Course Type
A. Full Solar Certification Course (The Comprehensive Package)

📌 Note: Our Learning Management System (LMS) tracks your progress precisely. If your access log shows consumption exceeding the stated limit (10%), your refund request will be denied.
B. Individual Sub-Courses (Specialist Modules/Fundamentals)
Individual Sub-Courses are shorter and offer immediate, specific value.

3. Circumstances Where No Refund Will Be Granted
A refund will be denied under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted after the stated refund window (14 days for the Full Course, 7 days for Sub-Courses).
- The student has been banned or blocked from the platform due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing login credentials).
- The purchase was made using a discount code or was part of a special promotional offer explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-refundable.”
- The student purchased the course, later decided they do not have time to complete it, or that their financial situation has changed.
- The student completed or attempted the final exam or certification assessment.
- The student has previously requested a refund for the same or a different course.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you must follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Send an email to our support team at [Your Support Email Address, e.g., support@svsolarprojects.com] with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Course Name]”.
- Provide Details: Include your full name, email address used for enrollment, order number (found in your confirmation email), and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Acknowledge: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Review: We will review your account progress and eligibility based on this policy.
- Approval: If approved, the refund process will be initiated.
- Timeline: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and the funds to reflect in your original payment account. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment processor.
